Keema and Safaid Lobia Recipe - Beef Mince with White Beans
Ingredients:-
- 1 Kg Beef keema
- 1 Cup White Lobia (boiled)
- 3 Onions (Slice Cutting)
- 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting)
- ½ Cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Tblsp Green chilies (Chopped)
- 1 Tblsp Ginger, Garlic
- 1 Tblsp Salt (according to your teste)
- 1 Tblsp Red chili powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Garam masala
- 1 Tblsp Coriender powder
- 1 Cup water
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take a pot and pour the ½ Cup Cooking Oil, pre heat the oil, add 3 Onions (Slice Cutting) and slightly cook it well. Add 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting), Then add 1 Tblsp Ginger, Garlic, 2 Tblsp Green chilies (Chopped), 1 Tblsp Salt (according to your teste), 1 Tblsp Red chili powder , ½ Tsp Turmeric , mix it well and cook it well, Then add 1 Kg Beef keema and cook it well for 15 minutes. Add 1 Cup water into keema. Cover it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: After 15 minutes it nicely tendered, cook it for 5minutes then add 1 Tsp Garam masala, coriander powder, then add 1 Cup White Lobia (boiled) and cook it well. again cover for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes’ Beef keema is ready to serve!
