1 Tblsp Dhania and zeera powder (Roasted and crushed)
1 Tblsp Coriander powder
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
2 Cup Water
Instructions:-
Step 1: Put the 1/2 cup of oil into pot and slightly heat it up, Add onion paste, cook it for 2 minutes, Add tomatoes paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Add chopped ginger and garlic, cook it well for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add Roasted Dhania and zeera powder, Add 1 Tblsp chilli flakes, 1 Tblsp Salt, then cook it well.
Step 3: Put one by one Beef chops in masala. Add 2 cup of water, cook until water will be cooked, then cover it for 45 minutes.
Step 4: After 45 minutes uncover it, cook and mix it well, Add 1/2 Tblsp of Garam masala powder, Add 1 Tblsp of Coriander powder, then Add 1 Tblsp or lemon juice and mix it well for 2 minutes.
It's ready to serve!
