How to Make Shaljam Gosht
Shaljam Gosht Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 1 Tblsp Salt ( According To Your Taste)
- 1 Tblsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tblsp Chili Flakes
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 Tblsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tblsp Garlic Crushed
- 5 Green Chilies Middle Cutting
- 2 Tomatoes Cube Cutting
- 1kg Turnip Cube Cutting
- ½ Cup Oil
- 3 Onion Slice Cutting
- 1kg Beef Meat
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take The Oil In Pan, Add 3 Onion Slice Cutting, Slightly Cook It, Add 2 Tomatoes Cube Cutting , 5 Green Chilies Middle Cutting, Cook Them Well, Add 1 Tblsp Garlic Crushed, Add 1 Tblsp Salt, 1 Tblsp Chili Flakes, 1 Tblsp Red Chili Powder , ½ Tsp Turmeric, Mix And Cook Them Well, Then Add 1kg Beef Meat, Cook It Well And Add 1 Cup Water, Mix It Well, Cover It For 45 Minutes
Step 2: Take The 3 Glass Of Water In Pan, Add 1 Tsp Sugar, And 1kg Turnip Cube Cutting, And Bring It Boil, Then Drain Out Extra Water.
Step 3: After 45 Minutes Uncover The Pan And Stir It For 20 Minutes, Then Add Boiled Turnip, Mix And Cook It Well, Cover It For 15 More Mints.
Step 4: Un Cover It And Mix It Well Then Add 1 Tblsp Of Coriander Powder And , 1 Tsp Of Garam Masala Powder, Mix And Cook It Well.
And Shaljam Gosht Is Ready To Serve!
