Kachay Qeemay kay Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes 
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala 
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander crashed 
  • 2 Tbsp  Fried Onions Chopped Cutting 
  • 1 Tbsp Sabut Safaid Zeera / Cumin Seed Crushed 
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic 
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Gram Flour 
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Green Coriander Leaves 
  • 3 Tbsp Onion Chopped 
  • 750gm Beef Mince / Keema

Instructions:-

Step 1 : Take a 750gm Beef, add 1 tbsp salt, add 1 tbsp red chilli powder ,  1 tbsp red chilli flakes ,  1 Tbsp Coriander powder, 1 Tsp Garam masala , 1 Tbsp Coriander crashed , 2 Tbsp  Fried onions chopped cutting , 1 Tbsp sabut safaid zeera / Cumin seed crushed , 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic , 2 Tbsp Roasted Gram flour , 2 Tbsp chopped green chilli, 2 Tbsp green Coriander leaves , 3 Tbsp Onion Chopped ,  mix it well,  and make a kabab/ tikki.

Step 2: Pour 5 Tbsp oil in fry pan and put one by one the kabab on fry pan and do shallow fry then fry them from each sides until it nicely cooked.
