How to Make Kachay Qeemay kay Kabab
Kachay Qeemay kay Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander crashed
- 2 Tbsp Fried Onions Chopped Cutting
- 1 Tbsp Sabut Safaid Zeera / Cumin Seed Crushed
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 2 Tbsp Green Coriander Leaves
- 3 Tbsp Onion Chopped
- 750gm Beef Mince / Keema
Instructions:-
Step 1 : Take a 750gm Beef, add 1 tbsp salt, add 1 tbsp red chilli powder , 1 tbsp red chilli flakes , 1 Tbsp Coriander powder, 1 Tsp Garam masala , 1 Tbsp Coriander crashed , 2 Tbsp Fried onions chopped cutting , 1 Tbsp sabut safaid zeera / Cumin seed crushed , 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic , 2 Tbsp Roasted Gram flour , 2 Tbsp chopped green chilli, 2 Tbsp green Coriander leaves , 3 Tbsp Onion Chopped , mix it well, and make a kabab/ tikki.
Step 2: Pour 5 Tbsp oil in fry pan and put one by one the kabab on fry pan and do shallow fry then fry them from each sides until it nicely cooked.
Kachay Qeemay kay Kabab is ready to serve!
