How to Make Mutton Brain Karahi Masala
Mutton Maghaz Karahi Masala Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 2 Mutton Brain
- 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting)
- 2 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Tblsp Cooking oil
- ½ Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 4 Green chilies (Small Cutting)
- ½ Tsp Salt (according to your taste)
- 1 Tblsp Red chili powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- ½ Tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take a pot add 2 cup of water and ½ Tsp Turmeric powder then wait until boil then put 2 Mutton Brains into water and again wait until it boils. After brains will be tendered take them out from water.
Step 2: Take another pot pour the oil, add 2 Onion (chopped), slightly cook it, add 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting) and cook it well, Add ½ Tsp Garlic (Chopped) 4 Green chilies (Small Cutting) then Add ½ Tsp of Salt (according to your taste),1 Tblsp Red chili powder, ½ Tsp Turmeric and cook them well. Add 2 eggs (optional) then add boiled brains and cook them well. Then ½ Tsp Garam masala powder and 1 Tsp Coriander powder, cook it well. cover it for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes Mutton brain is ready to eat!
