How to Make Keema Biryani
Keema Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 1 kg Rice
- 1 kg Beef keema (mince)
- 3 Onion (slice cutting)
- 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting)
- 2 Tblsp Fried Brown onion
- ½ Cup Cooking oil
- ½ Tsp Kewra water
- 1 Stick (Dalchini) Cinnamon
- 4 Laung (Cloves)
- 1 Badi elaichi (Large Cerdamom)
- 1 Badian (Anise Seed)
- 2 Tblsp Food colour
- 2 Tblsp Pudina (Spearmint)
- 3 Green chilies (Chooped)
- 1 Tblsp Garlic , Ginger (Chooped)
- 6 Small size Green chilies
- 1 Tblsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Jaiphal, javitri, badian (Nutmeg, Mage, Anise seed) powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tblsp (Chillie Flasks) Cutter mirch
- 1 Tblsp Salt (according to your tase)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take an oil in pan, 3 Onion (slice cutting).2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting), cook it well, then add 1 Tblsp Garlic,Ginger (Chooped ,3 Green chilies (Chooped), 3 Green chilies (Chooped), 2 Tblsp (Chillie Flasks) Cutter mirch, ½ Tsp Turmeric, cook it well, then add 1 kg Beef keema (mince). Mix and cook it well then add 1 cup of water, cover it for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes uncover and mix it well then add ½ Tsp Kewra water, Garam masala , 1 Tblsp Coriander powder,1 Tsp Jaiphal, javitri, badian (Nutmeg, Mage, Anise seed) powder, 6 Small size Green chilies, cook it well,
Step 2: For Rice Take required water into pot add whole water and salt, add 1 kg Rice and wait until it boil, then drain out the extra water and take a layer of cooked keema, add another of rice then slightly add food colour, then a layer of 2 Tomatoes (Cube cutting) for garnish and 2 Tblsp Pudina (Spearmint). add 2 Tblsp Fried Brown onion cover on a low flame for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes Keema Biryani is ready to eat!
