How to Make Gajar Aloo Matar Sabzi
Gajar Aloo Matar Sabzi
Ingredients:-
- 1 Kg Carrot
- 1 Cup peas
- 1 onion (slice cutting)
- 6 potatoes (half cutting)
- 1 Cup fenugreek leaves
- 6 Green chilies Chopped
- 1 Tomato (cube cutting)
- 1 Tsp garlic chopped
- ½ cup oil
- 1 Tblsp Salt
- 1 Tblsp Red chili powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tblsp coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Garam masala
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take oil in pan, add 1 onion (slice cutting) in pre heat oil and slightly cook it, add 1 Tomato (cube cutting) cook it well, add 6 Green chilies Chopped, ½ Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp garlic (chopped) , cook them well, add 6 potatoes (half cutting) , cook them well, add 1 Cup peas, and 1 Cup fenugreek leaves mix and cook it well, add 1 Kg Carrot, mix them and cook them well cover for 20 minutes.
Step 2: After 20 minutes uncover the lid, add 1 Tblsp coriander powder,1 Tsp Garam masala mix it well for 5 minutes.
Gajar Aloo Matar Sabzi is ready to serve!
