How to Make Aloo Dum Biryani
Aloo Dum Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 1 Tblsp Salt
- 1 Tblsp Chili Flakes
- ½ Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Jaiohal, Javitri, Badian Powder
- 2 Tblsp Friend Onion
- 2 Tblsp Mint Leaves
- 1 Tsp Ginder (Crushed)
- 1 Tblsp Garlic (Crushed)
- 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Tblsp Ghee
- ½ Tsp Kewra Water
- 1/3 Tsp Biryani Essence
- 1 Tsp Food Color
- 3 Tomatoes (Cube Cutting)
- 3 Onion (Slice Cutting)
- 5 Potatoes (Half Boiled)
- 3 Tblsp Yogurt
- 3 Onion (Slice Cutting)
Ingredients For Rice Boiling:-
- 1KG Rice
- Required Water
- 1 Tblsp Salt
- 5 Cloves (Loung)
- 1 Cinnomon Stick
- 1 Anise Seed (Badian)
- 1 Tez Paat Leave
Step 1: Take A Bowl Of Yogurt, 1 Tsp Ginder (Crushed),1 Tblsp Garlic (Crushed), Salt, 1 Tblsp Chili Flakes , ½ Tsp Turmeric , 1 Tsp Jaiphal, Javitri, Badian Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala , 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder, ½ Tsp Kewra Water, Mix It Well And Make Masala.
Step 2: Take A Boiled Potatoes Pour Food Color into It.
Step 3: Take A Pan Add 3 Onion (Slice Cutting) , Slightly Fry It For 5 Minutes, Add 3 Tomatoes (Cube Cutting), 3 Onion (Slice Cutting ), 4 Green Chilies (Chopped) , Cook It Well, Add Yugurt Masala Into It, Mix And Cook It Well.
Step 4: Take A Pot With Water Add 1 Anise Seed (Badian) , 1 Tez Paat Leave, 5 Cloves (Loung), 1 Cinnamon Stick , 1 Tblsp Salt , 1/3 Tsp Biryani Essence , Add Rice Bring It Boil , Drain Out Extra Water, Take A Layer Of Potatoes , Then Onion Layer, Then Again Rice Layer, Pour 1 Tsp Food Color , Add Ghee, Coriander, Then Fried Onion, And Cover It For 20 Minutes.
After 2 Minutes, Aloo Dum Biryani Is Ready To Serve!
