How to Make Mutton Yakhni Pulao
Mutton Yakhni Pulao Recipe | White Mutton Pulao Recipe
Mutton Pulao Ingredients:-
- 1/2 Kg mutton
- 1 Small onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Big Eilaichi
- 4 Long
- 10, 12 Kali mirch
- 1 Stick dalchini
- 1 Tbsp sonf
- 1 Tblsp sabut dhaniya
- 2 Glass water
- 1 Glass rice
Pulao Masala Ingredients:-
- 1 Onion (slice cutting)
- 1 Tomatoe (Cube cutting)
- 4 Green chilies (chopped)
- 1 Tblsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 Tsp salt (According to your taste)
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 3 Tblsp Ghee
- 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 Tsp Jaiphal, badian powder
- 1/2 Tsp ginger
- 1 Tsp Garlic (chopped)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Put mutton in pot, Add 2 Glass of water, add 1 small onion, 2 cloves of ginger, 1 big Eilaichi, 4 Long ,10 or 12 Kali mirch, 1 stick dalchini,1 Tbsp sonf,1 Tblsp sabut dhaniya. Wait until water will be boil then cover it for 45 minutes to nicely cook.
Step 2: After 45 minutes uncover the pot.
Step 3: it's time for making masala, Put Ghee into pot and slightly cook it, Add 1 slice cutting onion, cook it Until light Golden colour,then Add, 1 Tomatoe (Cube cutting), 4 Green chilies (chopped), slightly cook it, then Add cooked mutton, 1 Tsp of chopped Garlic and 1/2 Tsp of ginger. Cook it well. Then add 1 Tblsp of chilli flakes, 1/2 Tsp of salt ( You can take according to your taste), 1 Tsp of Coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp of Garam masala powder and 1 Tsp of Jaiphal, badian powder then mix and cook it well for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3: Pour a yakhni water in mutton, wait until water will be boil, then Add 1 Glass of soaked rice. Wait until water will be dry.
Step 4: After water will be dried then cover it for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes, uncover it, and Mutton pulao is ready to eat!
