- 3 Egg (Boiled)
- 1 Cup Gram flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt (According to your taste)
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Pinch Mitha soda
- Water (according to your requirements)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take a bowl and Put 1 cup of Gram flour in it, Add 1/2 Tsp of Salt (According to your taste), 1 Tsp of Red chilli powder, 1/2 Tsp of Turmeric powder , 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala, then add 2 Pinch of Mitha soda, then Gradually add required water to make a smooth batter and make sure there is no lumps left.
Step 2: Take a boiled egg and make a four piece. Take a one piece and dip into pakoda batter.
Step 3: Take a fry pan and pour the oil into it, then put egg pakoda into hot oil, fry until it is golden brown colour.
After fry, dish it out, and it's ready to eat!
