How to Make Sheer khurma



Sheer khurma

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Vermicelli (seviyan)
  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 3 Dry date (Chuvare) chopped 
  • 1/2 Cup Suger
  • 1 Tblsp sago (sabudana)
  • 3 Tblsp Coconut powder
  • 1 Tsp (cardamom) subz eilaichi 
  • 1/2 Tsp Pure Ghee ( Desi ghee)
  • 2 Cup water 

Instructions:-

Step 1: Pour 1 Cup of water in fry pan, Add 1/2 Cup of Vermicelli (seviyan), wait for 5 mint to bring boil, then strain out the water from Vermicelli.

Step 2: Again pour 1 Cup of water in fry pan and add 1 Tbsp sago, Chopped 3 dry dates, cook it well until it makes crystal like texture.

Step 3: Pour 1 Liter Milk in pot, slightly cook it then add 1/2 Cup of Suger, and cooked Vermicelli (seviyan), cook it well. then, Add boiled sago , 1 Tsp of (cardamom) subz eilaichi and 3 Tblsp of Coconut powder, cook it Until it becomes thick.

After making thick, it is ready to serve!
