Fry Masala Boti Recipe

Ingredients:-

• 1/2 Kg mutton 
• 1/2 Cup Oil
• 1 Tblsp Ginger,  Garlic (Chopped)
• 7 Green chilies
• Ginger (julienne cutting)
• 5 Tomatoes
• 1 Cup water
• 1 Tblsp ( Dhania,  sabut safaid zeera ( Roasted and crushed)
• 1/2 Tblsp Garam masala powder
• 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 Tblsp Chilli flakes
• 1/2 Tblsp Salt (According to your taste)

Instructions:-

Step 1: Take a pot, put 1/2 Kg of mutton, Add Whole masala powder 1 Tblsp of ( sabut safaid zeera ( Roasted and crushed), then Add one Cup of water , then cover it for 30 minutes to cook it Half.

Step 2: After 30 minutes, uncover the pot and Add 5 Tomatoes 2 piece of cutting, Add 1/2 Cup of Oil, cook it Until Tomatoes will be tender nicely. Then Add, 1 Tblsp of chopped Ginger,  Garlic, Add 1/2 Tblsp of Salt ( According to your taste). Add 1 Tblsp of Chilli flakes. 1/2 Tsp of Turmeric powder, Then cook it well and off tha tomatoes skin and cover the pot for 45 minutes.

Step 3: After 45 minutes,  cook it well and add 1/2 of Tblsp Garam masala powder and 1 Tblsp of Dhania powder then mix it well for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes of cooking ( Fry Masala boti) is ready to eat.
