How to Make Aloo Pakoda
Crispy Aloo Pakoda
Ingredients:-
- 1 Potatoes ( Chips cutting)
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 Tsp (According to your taste)
- Chilli flakes 1 Tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 Tsp
- Mitha soda 2 pinch
Instructions:-
Step 1: we take 1/2 cup of Gram flour, Add 1/2 Tsp of salt (you can take the salt according to your taste), then add 1 Tsp of Chilli flakes, then add 1/2 Tsp of Garam masala powder , and at last add 2 pinch of mitha soda.
Step 2: Gradually Add some water in Gram flour to make a smooth better.
Step 3: Take potato chips and dip it into Gram flour better.
Step 4: Take fry pan and add oil into it and put it on a medium flame and make it hot, then put dipped potato chips into hot oil, fry the potatoe chips from 1 side until it light Golden then flip it another side and fry it well until it golden.
Then dish it out..
