Ingredients:-
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Ghee, 1/2 cup
- Suger powder, 1 cup
- Agg, 3
- Baking soda, 1 Tblsp
- Vanilla essence, 4 drop
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take blender, Put 3 agg into blender, then, Add 1 cup of suger powder , Add 1/2 cup of ghee, then in the end Add 4 drops of Vanilla essence, then blend it very well and make a cake batter.
Step 2: Taka a bowl, put 1 cup of All-purpose flour, Add cake batter into it and mix it well and make sure there is no lumps left then add 1 Tbslp of baking powder and mix it.
Step 3: Take a cake mould / container, grease it with ghee, and put butter paper, then put the cake batter into mould and tap it to remove the air bubbles.
Step 4: Take a pot cover it. Put the pot on flame for 15 minutes for pre- heat. Put the cake mould / containers in pot and cover for 45 minutes on low flame and wait to cook it well.
After 45 minutes, check it out and dish it out
Cake without oven is ready to serve!
