How to Make Mughlai Chicken Drumsticks Gravy
Mughlai chicken Drumsticks Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 7 Chicken Drumsticks
- ½ Cup Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic, Ginger (crushed)
- 1 Tblsp Red Chili powder
- 1 Tblsp Vinegar
- ½ Tsp Salt (according to your taste)
- ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Tblsp Red chili flakes
- ½ Tsp Garam masala powder
- ½ Tblsp Coriander powder
- 4 Tblsp Yogurt
- 2 Tblsp Coconut powder
- 1 Tblsp Kashkhash
- 5 Almonds
- 2 Onions (medium size)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take a bowl, Add 1 Tblsp ot Vinegar, 2 Tblsp of Red chili flakes then mix it well. Put 7 Chicken drumsticks into it, coat it well and deep aside for 1 hour.
Step 2: Take a fry pan and pour ½ Cup of Oil . Add 2 Onions (slice cutting), fry it until light golden color. Plate it out, then put the fried onion into blender with 3 Tblsp of water, blend it well and make a paste.
Step 3: Take a fry pan, add 2 Tblsp of Coconut powder, 1 Tblsp of Kashkhash, 5 Almonds, cook it slightly until change the color on low flame, then put the masala into chopper and slightly chopped it and make a dry masala powder.
Step 4: Take a pot and put onion paste into hot oil, then Add, 1 Tsp of Garlic, Ginger (crushed). 1 Tblsp of Red Chili powder, ½ Tsp of Salt (according to your taste), and ½ Tsp of Turmeric powder. Cook it well, add 4 Tblsp of Yogurt, mix and cook it well. add dry masala powder, and coated chicken drumsticks, cook it well. then 2 Tblsp Red chili flakes, ½ Tsp of Garam masala powder, ½ Tblsp of Coriander powder and cook it well, cover it for 20 minutes.
Step 5: After 20 minutes, uncover the pot, chicken drumsticks are ready and dish it out.
