Step 1: Take the potatoes and grate all potatoes, then add 1 Tblsp of Red chili powder, ½ Tsp of Salt (according to your teste), ½ Tsp of Black paper, 4 Tblsp of Breadcrumbs, and Corn flour. Mix with well and try to make a type of dough, then grease the oil on dough with hand, then take a plastic bag and grease the ghee on it, and put potato dough on plastic bag then roll it slightly, make of type roti/chapatti, then take a glass or any cutter to cut in a round shape and make a smiley face with the help of strew and spoon.
Step 2: Add smiles potatoes chips into hot oil and fry until golden brown color.
