How to Make Aloo Besan Tikki
Aloo Besan Tikki Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 1 Tsp Salt (According To Your Taste)
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ Tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Dhania, Zeera ( Coriander, Cumin Seeds) Crushed
- 4 Chooped Green Chilies
- 2 Tblsp Oil
- ½ Tsp Anardana
- 5 Potatoes (Boiled)
- 1 Onion (Crushed)
- 1 Cup Basan (Gram Flour)
- Water (Required For Gramm Flour)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take The 5 Boiled Potatoes And Mash Them With Folk Add 1/2 Tsp Salt (According To Your Taste) , 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder, ½ Tsp Garam Masala, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Dhania, Zeera ( Coriander, Cumin Seeds) Crushed, 1/2 Tsp Anardana, 4 Chooped Green Chilies , Chopped Onion, Mix Them Well. Make A Boll And Press It And Make Potato Tikki.
Step 2: Take A 1 Cup Basan (Gram Flour), In A Bowl Add Salt, Red Chili, Haldi, Oil, Gradually Add Water (Required For Gram Flour), And Make A Paste, And Whisk It Well And Make The Smooth Consistency Batter.
Step 3: Put Potato Tikki In Basan Batter And Coat It Well Then Put One By Into Hot Oil And Slightly Fry Them.
Step 4: Again Coat The Tikki Into Basan Batter Then Again Fry It Well Until Golden Color.
Dish Them Out And Aloo Besan Tikki Ready To Serve!
