Achari Hari Mirch Fry
Ingredients:
- 16 Green Chillies
- 3 Tblsp Cooking oil
- 2 Tblsp Imli Pulp
- 1/2 Tsp Salt (According to your taste)
- 3 Tblsp Coriander powder
- 2 Tblsp Zeera (Crushed)
- 2 Tblsp Sabut Dhania (Crushed)
Instructions:-
Step 1: Take a bowl, Put 3 Tblsp of Coriander powder, then, Add 2 Tblsp of Sabut Dhania (Crushed), 2 Tblsp of Zeera (Crushed), 1/2 Tsp of Salt (According to your taste),and 2 Tblsp off Imli Pulp, then Mix it well and make a masala powder.
Step 2 : Take green chillies and cut the chillies from the middle, then fill the gap with masala.
Step 3: Take a fry pan and add oil and heat up the oil, then put chillies into fry pan and fry it well for 2 minutes, then cover it for 5 minutes.
